Our mission: Our family of experienced pediatric therapists helping your family find the fun in function for your child, with collaborative goals and treatment provided in a family-focused, nurturing atmosphere.
Country Kids’ vision is to provide innovative, quality services to children in an inviting, nurturing, family-based environment. Working together with community resources to give each child the opportunity to develop his or her full potential and realize their individual, family, and community–based goals. Country Kids will continue to grow in its expertise, knowledge base, and treatment strategies to remain one of the highest quality programs in NE WI.
Private insurance and Medical Assistance are accepted for direct OT/PT services. Non-billable services require private pay or community resource funding.
Country Kids was founded in 1992, and we continue in our commitment to serving the needs of the community.
Children may be referred to Country Kids by a physician, school therapist, health professional, or parent. A physician's prescription is required to provide direct treatment.
We think of Country Kids as our extended family! We are very fortunate to have this unique resource to help our little girl.
